Bresser Biolux Al Driver Windows 7

I have a Bresser microscope (Biolux AL) and a 64 bit computer running Windows 7. The installation doesn't pick up the microscope only the inbuilt web cam. Is this usual - I see someone else returned their microscope. Does anyone know how to overcome this problem - is it a question of changing the driver.
