Ok, this app is actually pretty cool I think.
It has pros & cons, of course. It starts out with a list of popular song, such as 'Stair Way to Heaven' of course.lol But there is also a search function which is nice. I was able to search my favorite song with my favorite Guitar Solo, Pink Floyd's 'Comfortably Numb.' This plays in MIDI format for the most part, but there may be other forms as well of the song as well. You have control to start, stop, pause, and also for the speed in 25% increments.
You can also pic where to start or go over the sheet music, or on the time line. You can also turn on/off the solo and choose what is playing at the time. The Cons are that while this is free, it is limited. You are limited to only view 8 songs per 24 hr period. If you want full access to the database, you need to spend the $4.99 for it, I think is worth it for the massive selection. I believe this is good for intermediate to advance players, not so much beginning people.
